I'm new to the field but would like to build up a decent collection. I'm especially interested in coins from Alaska, Michigan and dispatch/communications anywhere in the world.

My only real coin to date are the new coins I had made up for our dispatch center. I'll attach some decent pictures for anyone interested in trading.

Anchorage Police Departments firearms Instructors coin. 1.5" coin for sale or trade

The APD UFS coin bears an officers badge with uniform patch on the back, all the units that compose UFS are listed on the outer ring. It is a 1.5" coin

The Anchorage Bomb Squad is made up by officers on several local departments so is truly called Anchorage Bomb Squad as the coin reflects. Officers from each department wear the same patch shown on the rear of the coin.

The newest addition to the Anchorage Police coins, a 1.5" coin with 3D badges that are nickel & gold (colored) plated with the APD CIT patch on the rear and the names of the major partners around the outer rim.

The Anchorage Police Dispatch Coin has a Communications Clerk badge on the face and our Igloo with antenna on the back. Due to the harsh conditions our officers work in we choose to say Dispatchers telling officers where to mush because officers often use snow machines, snow shoes, six wheelers, helicopters or other means to get to a site.

I would like to trade Police challenge coins with other LEO's. I have coins for Anchorage Police Department Detective Division, Uniformed Field Services, Bomb Squad,Firearms Instructors, Major Crime Scene Teams, CIT & dispatch. I also have badge pins and patches.

I have several Tucson Sector, Tucson Station, Nogales Station and Casa Grande Station coins for trade. I can also obtain other Tucson Sector coins.

The Major Crime Scene Team Coin has both Police officer and Detective badge on the face with a patent palm print and brush, the rear of the coin shows a crime scene being processed by two team members with barrier tape. The slogan Because the Crime Scene is temporary but the evidence isn't reminds all of the importance of processing the scene right the first time.
This is the latest in a series of coins for the ANchorage Police Department.
